the only thing thats absolutely necessary is that you scrap that cycle, and do alot more research

meaning dont do it, reasons being bro, at that dose and duration you wont see any results, deca IMO should be ran at 400mg/wk for minimum of 12 weeks also some form of test i recommend test e should be ran alongside it, also with an anti e

test e 500mg/wk
deca 400mg/wk

As said though, you really need to look into this more before injectiong yourself pointlessly!!

apart from the fact that imo personally i wouldnt run deca by itself,sum do but i wont.
200mg weekly is a very small amount and may only serve to shut your own natty test down,and to run it for only 5 weeks is imo a waste of time as it (unless you are running exsessivle large doses for a short cycle)normally takes that long to show any gains and should imo be ran for a min of 10 weeks...........

have you ever worked out EVER. Nobody gains 1 INCH real quick let alone 5 or even 7 you really need to find out what your friend is on and let us all know and at 160 odds are you are not going to gain 5 inches in the next 3 years even with gear. Sorry bro thats life.
