How much time between cycles?

I did a dbol 4 weeks/cyp 10 week cycle and was wondering how long i should wait to do a deca/test cycle. thanks

time on = minimum time off

safer to take even more time off

Somepeople have the rule of
Time on + PCT time inbetween
i.e.
12 week cycle + 4 week PCT = 16 weeks in between

But most guys wait a few days haha

I do the time on + PCT = time off, dont forget the time between your cycle and. PCT = 12 + 2 + 4 = 18 weeks. I also listen to the boys. If they drop and i feel great and its been a minimum of 12 to 14 weeks, i might start early!
