I have just finished a cycle, i gained about 20lb. I just started using clen with my pct. I am losing some pounds but i dont' know if its muscle or fat. I am afrad of burning my muscles. i do AM Cardio befor brakefast, i eat 5 meals a day high proten low carb. My question would be how could i minimize the muscle burning and maximize the fat being burnt by clen
