How can i stop Clen from burning my muscles
I have just finished a cycle, i gained about 20lb. I just started using clen with my pct. I am losing some pounds but i dont' know if its muscle or fat. I am afrad of burning my muscles. i do AM Cardio befor brakefast, i eat 5 meals a day high proten low carb. My question would be how could i minimize the muscle burning and maximize the fat being burnt by clen

dont try to burn fat on PCT!!!! also eat 8 times a day..

so wait after pct, and eat 8 meals. any thing els?

if I was u I would do clen in PCT, then wait like a month or two after PCT and then start to lose fat.. or if u gonnna cycle again then u could use that shedding as a prime for the next cycle... remember also time off = time on + PCT

Clen is anti-catobolic which means it helps to stop muscle breakdown its the fact when you go on a calorie deficit you lose some muscle. Its t3 thats catobolic.

Clen isn't catabolic. Many run Clen on cycle and PCT. I don't see why it would hurt to start the clen PCT and use the two weeks on one off method until you feel you are where you want to be at.

clen is good in PCT. Just make sure your eating at least maintenance calories and preferably more to prevent muscle loss due to low test levels
