opinions, I had a 3rd degree ankle sprain, torn tissue in my calf, and very f--k up knee the doctors thought I tore my ACL in the first 4 weeks of my cylce. DONT wrestle with a buddy that does MMA. I stopped my cyle and took my PCT. Four weeks later now I am down to no pain, no swelling, no bruising. Can a small amount of test and deca help I mean really small repair ligaments and tendons faster or should I let it completely healed naturally. My physical therapist is already having me doing squats with dumbbells and lunges. what do you guys think, or am i just to impatient and thinking stupid.
