It is all of the above. Ideally you are doing it to keep muscle while allowing natural test to come back but this is not always the case.

If you are using ideal bridsging drugs that don't afect hpta as much as some drugs and your dose isn't too high.

Primo is best I believe. Anavar somethink can work well. D-bol in the am only is also popular.

i think dbol would not be a good idea, they found after 7-10 days that dbol has shut down the hpta by 30-40%, anavar, winny, primo, etc...nice and mild, but bridging doesn't make much sense because if you are taking anything that affects the hpta in any way it wont go back to completely normal...also slin and gh are used for bridging being that they dont affect the hpta
