Deload/deconditioning while on cycle? Am i doing something wrong?

    Hi guys.

I'm currently doing a Test E and Deca cycle with this setup:

    Test E: 500mg Every Week
    Deca: 200mg EW

    Both preps for 10weeks

with 50mg dbol as kicker for 6 weeks.

Followed by some PCT with nolva and with HCG when needed (During cycle)

I'm currently in week 7 (injected yesterday) and so far i've been able to gain approx 17kgs (37.4 lbs)
I've gone through a massive strenght explosion and i've had great strenghtprogress during the first 6 weeks. Gained a total of 15-20kgs (33-44lbs) in my Benchpress max - squat and deadlift i can't remember though. So the cycle have been pretty good for now.

My BF seemed lower than before the cycle when i left week 6 (and still does, lots of veins showing and so on) and in week 6 i had gained approx 1.8-2 inches (4,5-5cm) around my arm (mostly due to an explosion of muscle on the triceps)
Now 10 days later i'm not any strong although i've gained 2kgs (4,4 lbs) but my arms haven't grown and i havent gotten any stronger..

I'm currently working out very intensely - and perhaps that's the problem?
Or is it just that i stopped with the dbol?

My training schedule is like this:

6sets of approx 10 reps for every large muscle group on the body (chest, back, legs and so on) and 3-5 sets of 8-10 reps for the smaller muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps and so on) 3 times a week. I've had very good progress until week 6. Perhaps i'm worrying too much, but to me it seems like that a 2kg (4.4) increase in bodyweight would equal an increase in strenght! But i don't know..
I'm currenly 209 pounds and eating a total of 4000-4500kcal a day with lots of carbs, proteins and good fatty acids. Do you think i'm doing anything wrong?
I get 8-10 hours of sleep (the last 2 hours is often later on the day) pr. day

I eat every 2-3 hour when i'm awake..

Sorry for my english, and please do not use too many American expressions since i'm european and might not get all of your "slang".

P.s. this is my second cycle and i was very carb depleted before the cycle which might explain the huge weight-increase.

I dont even know where to begin. What are you complaining about ?. You have gained 17kgs is weight and your bench has gone up 20kgs. What more do you want ? That weight gain alone is extraordinary !!!

I'm very happy, no doubt about that, and i'm very serious.

But i just miss the great Strenght increase, i've at tops gained 1-2 reps extra in the benchpress for the last 10 days - deca should have kicked already, and people always tell, that the last weeks are the crazyist when it comes to weight and strenght.

I'm not complaining about my total results, i could end this cycle now and be very satisfied, but since i have gear for 3 more weeks, i don't want to do anything wrong and thereby waste the stuff.

P.s. I've saved dbol for 7 days, if i should need a short break in the future (Due to the constant heavy load on CNS.)

P.S. I only hit failure when training once every 3-4 week, i don't like failuretraining and forced reps; but i DO run maximum effort almost every time.
My workouts are realatively short, since i can't manager to keep the short breaks between the sets for very long.

I just wanna be sure, that i'm not doing anything wrong.

Man you are doing everything right. Just remember you have grown a lot and you need to feed that, if you want to gain more you will need even more calories than you are consuming now.

MRRoboto and Kale: thanks for the advice and the comments =D

I guess i'll have to try to hit 5000kcal pr. day, dammmmn that's a lot of food..

    I've got a problem though..

The more fibers (heavy carbs) i seem to eat, the less fat i seem to digest (Shows in the faeces; and the smell of fatty faeces is not to be mistaken.. )

It's a bit of a dillemma since fat is a great source to kalories (and is nescesarry for growth)

I guess i'll have to find some sort of "balance"..

I love peanuts but i don't like the idea of the peanuts not being digested properly (although in time my stomache seems to have learned to handle this issue a lot better..)

    Kale:

    Nope, why?

    ---
My vaskularity this evening SUCKS big time. Been eating a lot of salt and lots of water-like fluids (perhaps more than is good for the system), so my vascularity has gone wayy down - my muscle-hardness is usually very high on my no-workout-days, but as long i don't stay this soft it's ok.

Ended up with +5150kcal today. Now i'm going to be for a nice 8 hours of sleep, then eating 700-850kcals (~50grams of proteins and lots of complex carbs + some simple ones, so i get energy faaast, and then i'll sleep 2 more hours =) ) and then eat approx 700kcals with loads of simple and complex carbs and then i wait 30-90minutes and then i workout.

Still don't know if i should continue working out, or if i should take a short break.. I think i'll hit the gym tommorow and find out, if i really am getting overtrained.

Because its a great source of calories, you can add a couple of teaspoons to a protein shake for an extra 260 calories per shake

Yeah, you're absolutely right.. Perhaps i should try that..

Darn, why haven't i thought about that before?

5000kcals seem to be a good new goal for my eating; my body seems very well-rested and ready for action.

Will be bumping the kcal intake up to 5000kcal from now and on and perhaps i will gain a few pounds the last 3 weeks (-2days)

You SHOULD grow during the last weeks in my opponion. My calorie-intake might have been too low, and i'm planning to fix that.
When putting on that many pounds and getting stronger, you can't expect to grow on the same amount of food, as far as i have understood.
