Need to ask a doctor about the antibiotics. Their are quite a few that are harsh to the liver, so if your taking orals as well it might be harmful.

as pheedno said you need to go to your doc and
talk about it, i saw mine he reccommended to take some AV just incase will not do any harm to me and since we all know these may may not have bacteria why fuck around, everytime i do an injection the next day is a little red and also feels warm, i dont take AV every day twice weekly is doing fine so far.

im not a vet or mod but ive read(Musclemag International) that doing antibiotics while on steroids can impede the effect of the steroids.

I'm not a vet or a doc- but juice flu is not a result of a bacterial infection so antibiotics would seem useless.

bro i'm not trying to disrespect your comment but
alot of roids users use AV to prevent or combat
any roids infection you need to search more on this subject there's alot info regarding such issue, specially any TORNEL or BROVEL items
seem very popular of been dirty and i'm sure other
brands have something in common too...
