O.K. As some of you know I am on my first cycle of gear and it is not much 40mg of anabol ED for the past 20 days. I just did a look back comparison to see my improvments. Starting bench 250 ending 315, Starting squat 315 ending 395 staring dead lift 405 ending even 500. Now im not doing this to get stronger, I want to do a show in the summer, I'm trying to bulk up. It has worked for bulking but i dont have any definition it seems that i have gotten "softer" from when i first started. Just wondering how I can improve in every lift but not show it in the mirror. Any input is appriciated.
P.S. any tips on what to run my next bulking cycle with Anabol and ???
Stats: 5'9" 250lbs about 20%bf(a lot) 22 years old been lifting for 10 years serious for the past 4 looking to do a BB show this summer Thanks guys.
