Cycle after cycle...

Is it safe to continuesly cycle? Doing a proper cycle and PCT with amount of time off that you were on. That might equate to 2-3 cycles a year.( depending on cycle length, typically 10-12 weeks.) Is there a time when you should take an extended break, is that necessary?

If you're going by time on=time off you're on the right track...you should always get your blood work done aswell...checking your liver and cholesterol along with everything else...That will guide as to how your health is going.
