    Test e cycle questions

    1. I am planning on using 500mg for 12 weeks of test e only. Is it a good cycle (i know its not, but is it good enought to produce some gains)
    2.Can I switch in 8th week from bulking to cutting. I have naturally low bodyfat(10%) and am eating 300 g of P, 100 of C and F so I woudnt change my nutrition but I would just add anaerobic training 3 times a week.
    3. Can I train 5 times a week on test, I know I can on dbol, but is test like dbol in recovery abilities.

    Yes it is !!! Its the best way to start and that is the perfect beginners cycle.

    Now you cant bulk and cut in the same cycle. What you can do is go on Clen when you are doing PCT and that will cut some fat as well as keeping your muscle in place

    24, 6,0, started 3 years ago at 118, now 160, not a huge gain but its huge to me

    6'0" @ 160? Sounds like you could use some more work before AAS. And why would you want to use clen? You sound lean already, if not and your body fat is above 15%, you should lose that before AAS. And when you do lose some weight you will weigh even less than 160. I would review your diet, and get that in check first. Try to gain some more weight.

    i wrote my daily nutrition above, the reason i want to use aas is becuse in 3 months i havent gained a pound, tried different workouts, not a pound, just strength

    im sorry bro, but at 6'0" and 160 lbs you really need to do some natural work before any steroids. focus on getting to at least 180 at around the same bf% you are now, even if it takes another year....IMO
