1. I am planning on using 500mg for 12 weeks of test e only. Is it a good cycle (i know its not, but is it good enought to produce some gains)
2.Can I switch in 8th week from bulking to cutting. I have naturally low bodyfat(10%) and am eating 300 g of P, 100 of C and F so I woudnt change my nutrition but I would just add anaerobic training 3 times a week.
3. Can I train 5 times a week on test, I know I can on dbol, but is test like dbol in recovery abilities.
