Is that just like broken blood vessels or a bruse from maybe being to rough during injecting?

My first bi shot in a couple months actually swelled up like a bug bite right after the inject..left a bruise too.

Its really not that bad bro...Make sure you stretch for a few days. Painless or not, it will probably hurt after the first time.

Okay, im doin bi's in the gym tomorrow, so i will try it tue's.. One problem i have is im doing everday shots of prop and eod shots of sus, and im only useing delts and glutes, ( tried quads but not enough muscle do to knee injury's ) so my ass is swelling up, so why not have my bi's swell up instead .. Sorry for jackin this thread,,

yeah, that site explains heaps, for a bi shot, use 25g 5/8"

Ok i did 1 ml of prop in my bi, all went real smooth i though the shot itself would be painfull, but it wasent.. I will keep in touch and we will see tomorrow how the virgin muscle feels....
