Clen and ECA

I keep hearing that doing the 2 weeks on one week off with clen will burn bodyfat, but using eca on the off-weeks will counter-act the process.what are the opinions on this??? i hear mixed veiws elsewhere.

ECA in the 2 weeks of clen , will not make the "upgrading" of b2 receptors possible, since you will keep hitting yhem with a b2 agonist (ephedrine). Use benadryl every 3rd weeks to "clean" the receptors.

I have heard that you can use OTC products other than Benadryl. I have heard that its an ingredient in benedryl that "cleans" the receptors. Does anybody know what the ingredient is in benadryl that does this.

Benadryl will work just fine. And i have heard that there are other products you can use besides benadryl, but since it works why change.

sleep aids have a lot of Diphenhydramine HCl.

So would any sleep aid that contains Diphenhydramine HCI work just as well as Benadryl to clean the receptors.
