Checklist for posting a Cycle

If you are posting your cycle for critique by other members, please give us the information that we need. This is important because everyone has specific goals and needs that they want to achieve in their cycle. I have found that using the following format has helped to eliminate many of the redundant questions that we have to know before being able to help you:

STATS:
Age, height, weight, body fat %, workout history, aas cycle history, and daily calorie intake or diet.

GOALS:
What you want to accomplish during your cycle (bulking, cutting, power, speed, performance, etc.)

PROPOSED CYCLE:
List the length of your cycle and what aas compounds you want to use and how much. For example:

Week 1-12: Test Enan @ 500 mg/ew
Week 1-4: Dbol @ 30 mg/ed

PCT (post cycle therapy):
This is considered by many to be as important as the cycle itself. If you dont list this, you will be asked for it. For example:

Week 1: Nolva @ # mg/ed, Clomid @ # mg/ed
Week 2: Nolva @ # mg/ed, Clomid @ # mg/ed
Week 3: Nolva @ # mg/ed, Clomid @ # mg/ed


QUESTIONS:
If applicable, list any questions or concerns that you have (ie: what can I do to eliminate bloating?).

NOTES:
If applicable, list any special circumstances that you have (ie: this is for a buddy of mine).
