    Extreme Soreness From Clen

    Ok guys I began taking liquid Clen on Saturday and since then(with no adjustment to diet, supplementation, and training) I have been experiencing EXTREME muscle soreness. I have been getting alot of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness(DOMS) from the slightest of exercising that I have never had before. I am getting muscle soreness even from doing just cardio. Do you guys have any suggestions or opinions on this matter? Thanks in advance!

    p.s. I am up to 80mcg a day, I planned on continuing to increase it even more but idk now with this problem.

    Dude same here, i started clen three days ago using 160mcg ED and my body is sore all over. And i'm not even working out.

    Wow thats a high dose but yeah I don't know why its making us sore. I thought it was suppose to have anti-catabolic effects. Any other opinions out there?

    160 mcg ed is a lot. I never go above 120mcg ed. I always drink a ton of water to help with the cramping.

    Well I was cramping 2 days ago but now I am having extreme muscle soreness, not cramping.

    Try Taking Taurine, Vitamin E, And Potassium Along With It..............do A Search For Suggested Amounts....

    I was up to 200mcg but that was a little too much.

    I'm on 160mcg/ED now, did 200mcg/ED for 3 days but it's too much hassle trying to type!!

    Take plenty of taurine and make sure you drink a crap load of water bro.

    I dont think thats the prob, but good advice still!!

    Im thinking some kind of secondary indirect cause, possibly the soreness coming from lactic acidosis. It maybe a case of predisposed conditions being aggravated or similar?!?!

    More vitamin e and potassium. Clen is pretty strong but it works great.

    I get very sore as well.
