Ok guys I began taking liquid Clen on Saturday and since then(with no adjustment to diet, supplementation, and training) I have been experiencing EXTREME muscle soreness. I have been getting alot of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness(DOMS) from the slightest of exercising that I have never had before. I am getting muscle soreness even from doing just cardio. Do you guys have any suggestions or opinions on this matter? Thanks in advance!
p.s. I am up to 80mcg a day, I planned on continuing to increase it even more but idk now with this problem.
