three weeks since I started letro and gyno is no better, for the last week I have moved up to four squirts,two in the morining and two at night. I hope this isnt too much, should the letro be working by now? maybe add armidex
need help fast.

if your have arr letro each squirt = .25mg 10 squirts = 1ml which is 2.5mg i just ordered some to because i think gyno is developing because i have a lump and my right nip is very sensitive. not trying to jack your thread but what is the best dose to reverse the gyno. i was thinking about .5mg ed or should i go higher to start out

arr letro makes it very easy to dose. And it works.

don't rely on squirts for accurate dosage. don't get lazy, measure it out with a syringe like you would anything else. that's the only way to ensure the right amount.

I have read bino's thread before and after reading it again I see that I have overlooked the first day letro should be taken with an estro blocker, and I thought one squirt was a ml thinking I was taking too much but I underdosed instead, but even underdosed the arr's letro was working some! I read a thread on here where someone used two squirts daily. I will use the syringe instead and start over with bino's method again Thanks hawk..

two squirts daily is a maintainence dose, not a gyno treatment dose. Many will run 1 or 2 squirts a day just to control estro. If there is already gyno, I would run .25 mg Arimidex WITH 1-2 mg letro for the first two weeks, then switch to only letro once the letro has stablized in the system. Then, backk off the dose as Bino suggested once the gyno is controlled.

had to hurry to work could'nt answer sooner, I am ordering the armidex, I was concerned about how it could interfere with my gains but I understand thats better than growing melons! I should have taken the time to focus more on what I am reading, greatly appreciated info..

You are going to run Arimidex, AND letro, correct?

Arimidex alone is not the answer if you already have gyno.

I would run letro. Letro is really strong and I have had good success with it.

Update, I have raised the letro to .25 daily,and the gyno has almost completly subsided,I will hold off on the armidex since the letro is working and
continue this dose for another week, and then lower the dose for maintenence, This stuff works well but the sides suck! my libido has left me and Im real irritable, I could add viagra and prozac to the mix...j/k.. I can deal with it for little while longer.

.25 mg is a low dose to eliminate gyno. Did u mean 2.5 mg?

Also, make sure you run Arimidex once you complete the letro to prevent estrogen rebound rom the letro.

yes I meant 2.5, I have using a syringe to get 1/2 ml in the morning and 1/2 ml in the afternoon but alternating from 1.25 at first couple of days to the 2.5 near the end of week, so I will still need to order the armidex and run it for only one or two days? not sure "asking" I read somewhere the armidex should be run the first day but again I guess at the end is ok if it will prevent rebound,then continue the two squirts daily letro for maintenence right?
