About to order my pins. So I just wanted opinions or some recommendations on sizes.
I'm gonna do only delts and glutes for now for my first cycle. So I was thinking... Delts: 23g @ 1" Glutes: 23g @ 1-1/2"
BTW can glutes get by with 1"? Or is it to short? And should I do 22g or 23g is ok?
