    Question Noobie Help Please...

Hey yall, I'm gonna cut straight to the chase. I've had two ACL surgerys this year. Same knee. Needless to say I've gotten fat and out of shape. I haven't been able to work out in five months. So monday I hit the gym and tryed my normal workout just 20-30 percent lighter to see where I was. Big mistake. Now the sad thing is I have track practice coming up on Feb 22. Big shot at the state title. I need to get as light and fast as possible. I'm on a strict diet and excercise program. I don't want rapid muscle growth. But I do want endurance and a strong fat burner. I heard HGH is the thing for me. Any suggestions?
    Appreciate the time.

    Matt

    Welcome to AR

HGH would not do you any good, you would need to be on it for 6 months just to start to see gains.

what are your stats? answer ALL the green questions below and we can help you better

I recently turned 18, Now i weight 330, i was a muscular 279 before. I'm mostly a upperbody type of guy, I ended up adding 100 lbs to my bench in 8 months without any help. I had my bench shirt refitted but other than that nothing. After my first surgery upperbody was all i lifted. My knee couldn't take squatting anymore. Then 7 months later I was training and tore my left ACL again. I haven't lifted since. That was 5 months ago. As for body fat % I dont know anymore. Before I was around 10 percent I believe. It's alot higher but I'm still very muscular. As for the Diet I like to stay under 1500 calories a day, I drink my protein shakes and hit the gym. I love my carbs, I hate the bad wrap they got by those damn hippies a few years ago. Just got to eat the right one's ya know? I've never had a previous cycle. I just want to get back down to around 300 lbs body weight by February (maybe 285-290?) Ultimately by June I want to weigh around 240-250. And I desperately want my bench press back, 425 lbs, Junior Record for my state... I felt like hell not being able to even put up 310 this week. I know it takes time. I just need some help. I want my life back and I dont have much time before track season. (feb 22) any advise you all could give me would be great.

    All-Time Lifts
    Bench Press 425
    Incline 395
    Squat 490
    Powerclean 280
    Dead Lift (oly) 525

    Height 6'0
    WT 330
BF% 15-20? I can find out for sure later
Willing to change my diet and training.

well at your height and weight, if you really are only taking in 1500 calories a day, then you would be dropping weight like lead !!
at 18 HGh should be the last thing you ever think about since you are still producing much more than necessary to make gains.
also at 18 you really don't need steroids. You need to perfect your diet and training as you have plenty of hormones running in your body to make the goals you are seeking.

That being said, there is a great diet forum on here that you should check out.
1500/day seems way to low to sustain your body.

Try to avoid steroids as long as you can. The better your natural base the better results you will have once you start using them. maybe until you are 23-25
