second cycle help?
hi guys just a few questions about my second cycle, started bodybuiding 2 years ago and really messed up my first cycle, jumped straight in after only 4 months of training my natural potential, dident take anti-estrogens, dident eat right, no glutamine, creatine, hmb, multi vits. basically i f###ed up big time. after that course i stopped training and my body just shut down, acne, deppression etc. Its now a year and a half on and im back in shape ive gained 20 pounds naturally, i may have hindered my gains by doing lots of cardio but this stands me in good stead for my second cycle. im thinkin about an oral course and need some help, all suggestions welcome. by the way names ad.
age:19
weight:160
height:6,3
bench press:85 kg

Orals alone are the sign of an UNeducated person or one that is afraid of needles.
At 19 you are way too young to even consider steroids . at 6' 3" and ONLY 160, I think you need to take the next 2-3 years and focus on your food intake and training so that you have a better base. at you height, you shouldn't even consider steroids until you have reached a natural base of at least 200lbs

slow gains can be achieved by tweeking your diet. as stated steroids are not magic pills and they will NOT make up for what you are lacking in food intake. You have to feed the steroids properly in order for them to do their job.
You are risking screwing up your HPTA and fusing your growth plates early by using steroids at your age.
But hey, your gonna do what your gonna do no matter what we say I believe, so GOOD LUCK

too young, too much natural weight still to gain, not enough aas research. you don't need aas. at 6'3" and 19 you can hit 200 lbs naturally, be patient. get you diet in check, train hard and the weight will come.

1. Meals should be as evenly spaced out as possible not exceeding 3 hours
2. Too much powder protein, you need more WHOLE FOODS, especially for breakfast. get some eggs in there
3. Potato Salad is not the best choice due to bad fat content
4. Your only meat is 2 chicken breasts and a turkey breast. you need more whole protein sources, Tuna, steak, seafood

cheers man wicked, ill tweak it up a bit. what do you think about mixing up raw eggs for a clean source of protein to replace one or two whey shakes?

IMO you rely too much on powder protien, the majority of your protein intake should come from whole foods like sman said above
you might want to post your diet in the diet section and you will get better help there
