Arimidex will help the gyno and it will help with the bloat.

yea i gota see, my cusion and most of his friends honeslty used deaca 10 weeks no PCT. and they all got like 40 lb gains off it . a friend of mine ,hes 5 foot 8 and 250lbs at very low bodyfat, his main choise is deca, and he claims no side effects at doses of about a gram a week. i gota see what i am going to use for my first cycle. to be honest im split between what my cusion and friends are telling me , and waht this website is telling me.

Unless you find out by experience that you need anti-e with Deca, you don't need it. A smart guy will always have some handy just in case, but I get sore nipples within 2 weeks of beginning any testosterone yet have never had an issue on a deca-only cycle, deca+dbol, etc.

You can do what ever you want to do, and your family and friends can do whatever they want and say they have NO sides, BUT deca is a VERY supressive AAS and will shut down your natural HPTA from the first shot, so NOT using PCT is just stupid, and risking not being able to get a hard on is even more stupid, but experience is the best teacher, so good luck
