    Question high cholesterol and juice?

    Ok i came off my last cycle about 2 months ago yet my total cholesterol is floating in the 230 range. with about 170 LDL and 60 HDL. My normal cholesterol before juice was in the 140 total range.

    Is it normal for it to stay this high after being off for 2 months? Granted it was a long cycle (around 20 weeks). I'm just worried because this is the first real side effect ive seen from my juice use. Everything else came back fine from my blood work (blood pressure is a little higher then my normal but still not bad)

    20 weeks?!? What was the cycle?

    Furazobol will help you with your cholesterol and (Not positive) but so could nandrolone.

    Besides other RX medication.

    cycle was test, eq, drol, hgh, igf1, slin

    Fish oil
    Sesathin
    Vitamin C
    Niacin
    Nandrolone
    Furazobol

    All of these have shown to improve HDL. Now I am not recomendint to take all of them but any of them should help.

    See a doctor possible ? Bloodwork ?

    My cholesterol was excellent after 900mg nandrolone decnoate.

    ???Just one dosage of 900mg???

    no for about 4 weeks and 600mg before that for 6 weeks

    thanks i will start taking some supplements and try the furazobol next cycle.
    I just looked at my protein shake and its about 30mg cholesterol a serving and i take two scoops a shake (60mg plus the 20mg of milk = 80mg a shake). I have 3 shakes a day. 240mg of cholesterol a day coming from just shakes... does that sound like a lot?

    I don't know honestly, I don't keep track of it simply because I have never had a problem with it. What is that RDA coming out to? what % ?

    You're HDL actually is great...just the LDL a little high...IMO, I would check it again before making a decision

    have you already discussed with doctor if so how concerned is he with the ldl and has he offered any treatment

    Yes i discussed it with my doctor... he said to just lay off the dairy/meat and do more cardio. Thing is im a hard gainer, so dairy/meet plus no cardio is a way of life for me. I'm thinking eat more and just start to do 30min of cardio? Also, i am cutting almost all fast food out of my diet
