There are many martial arts guys in this forum me being one of them and i wouldnt recomend any steroids for a traditional martial artist like yourself. Why dont you just do regular weight-training and train taekwondo real hard and your kicks will improve and become faster. There are many video instructionals also that have drills in them that will help. Focus on your flexibility and stability.

If you already have joint dryness/roughness then people have been known to use Deca which adds some water retention during the cycle which helps mkes the joints feel better and move better. But you shouldnt run Deca alone you will have to add testosterone to that to make it a safer and more effective cycle for you. If you have money then IGF-1 and HGH are day after day proving that they have benefits in strengthening tendons and improving athletes and even re-generating cartilage!!

Back to my advice, pick up some glucosamine+chondrin+msm (sp) joint supplement from the closest drugstore or GNC and just train hard and your joint will be fine without having to use any steroids.
Keep in mind that many steroids will actually do more harm to your joints.

As for gyno caused by steroids some people are more prone to it than others so they end up getting it during a steroid cycle. It can be greatly reduced and completly prevented if the bodybuilder uses the right prevention substances but unfortunatly many choose not to because they would rather put themselves at risk than lose 1-2pounds of non-quality gains!!

I personally choose less muscle over man-breasts anyday.

awesome advice you have rec'd already...big time...there are several threads as well even sticky threads (in bold red ) in the injury rehab about testosterone and tendon health that you should read...check the forum injury/rehab out...the thread talks about the dose of test causing harm to the tendon rather than helping

    good luck man
