    What should my goals be

    im a 6, 2
    192 ish pounds give a few here there

    usually can curl dumbells around 37 pounds
    benching roughly 110
    im not hardcore, and getting into the scene, and i know i can prob make a lot of gains still off the gear, but i dont know what my goal should be so i can make the transition to the juice
    any ideas??

    damn bro weighing 192 and only being able to bench 110. you have a long way to go before considering gear.

    You sure you're only benching 110lbs bro?? I know quite a few women who can top that!! If so, you need some professional coaching on your training routines or you're simply not focused or determined enough!!

    we dont usually use pounds here kg are used here, so i hope i got a good conversion calculator on the net

    so in any case i can dumbell around 20-25 kg, and bench around 80 kgs

    Working your butt off for another year or so to develop a respectable foundation.

    just to give you an idea and something to look forward to......bench 1.5 times your body weight, squat 2 times bw and dead 2.5 times bw......im not saying youll be ready for gear then but you could probably start thinking about it again once you are at those weights

    Dont go to that conversion site again!! Or next time pick the correct options!!

    20kg = ~45lb
    25kg = ~55lb

    80kg = ~180lb

    I would say 225lb
    60lb curl
    225lb bench
    so yeah you do have a long ways to go b4 juice

    with your stats(height, weight) bro i suggest you stay natty for a little while longer, get your diet and training in check and you should get good results and fill out more thus having a more solid frame(foundation) to work with when the time to use gear comes
