I have been inactive as far as working out at the gym do to no membership and being broke lately. Plus a crappy diet for the past 6 months. I have lost about 25 pounds in muscle and gained a bit of fat.
Wondering if some test for like 12 weeks at 500mg pw and muscle memory. if i could get that 25 pounds back quicker than just building from scratch. just my question is : would i gain my weight back fast if i hit the test/gym/diet hard again with the muscle memory since i have already been at that weight b4.
