inject tricepts instead of delt

Can you inject into tri- s. I did w a 25G needle 5/8th inch long and it was ok . But that was only 1shot -1cc. please advise me of any problems i might get.
Also I tried mt delt first,but needle only went in 1/4-1/2 inch before it hit like a bone or somethig solid and painful, i dont want to waist my EQ by not going deep enough into the muscle.so i went deeper in the tricep.
BTW are you suposed to doule up on the first 2 shots of EQ (bold.und.)

You can inject any muscle.......

I genarly use a 1 to 5/8 inch needle for tris.....

with the double up on injections your referring to front loading and no i wouldnt even bother doin it with eq it wouldnt be worth it imo.
