    Question about Test E and EQ

    would it be better to do one shot a week, or split it off twice a week?

    depends on the ester but there is no way you have anything that requires no more than 1 shot a week for optimal results.

    2 shots weekly...you can combine both into 1 syringe tho

    2 a week is better, but you can get away with 1
