DNP in the summer

I know its not a good Idea but who has tried it? How bad was it? I'm just considering it now so feedback is appreciated. Maybe low doses? I don't wanna kill myself if its really bad I'll just wait.

read the dnp manual and make sure you stay hydrated as can be... that's the major issue... that's how you die on it... it will be uncomfortable for the obvious reasons... but if used right and environment controlled it shouldn't be too bad.

Does anyone have a copy of the manual they can send me?

Thanks a lot saint. I am just a little worried cause its around 100 degrees here...and it gets hotter.

I was doing 200mgs ED of crystal last sumer in a non-aricondition house = the definition of pure misery :cry: I lived in front of a fan - but if you are in cool place its ok if you run low.

I did prefered running it in summer.
In me case was in August and the temp was pretty damn hot, so it gave me an excuse to sweat, where when I did it this winter try to explain why you sweating when its -50 outside :(

I ran it in late April and May in the South, which is basically summer. I got up to 600mg ed and it was pretty bad, but not unbearable. I had ice water with me at all times, even if it meant having an ice chest in my car. I would stay inside as much as possible and walk in the shade outside whenever I could. It's not fun, but it's definitely doable.
