I just got my clen today!!! Can't wait down from 204 to 189 in a month and a half, just on diet and exercise. Ive been looking at alot of stickys. One sticky says 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for up to 12 weeks. the other one says 6 weeks on? I was just wondering what some of you guys that have taken it have found works best for you. Im sure it'll come down to trial and error like most things, since bodies react differently.

2 40mcg
3 60mcg
4 80mcg
up to 100mcg
ofcourse if i cant take the shaking and sides ill keep it withing range. and ill be taking taurine with it. also should i take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at like 3 or 4 pm. to keep from rollercoastering the effects? Anyhelp is appreciated
