    2nd Cycle Question

    im starting my second cycle in january let me know what you guys think. im 5"10 170lbs 19 years old and did a test only cycle at this time last year.

    test e - weeks 1-10 500mg/ew mon/thur
    oral tbol - weeks 1-5 50mg/ed
    winny - weeks 6-10 50mg/ed
    nolva - weeks 11-13 20mg/ed

    i play lacrosse and will be getting alot of cardio everyday. i will be hiting the gym every day in the morning and sometimes in the evening. my diet is pretty good and my protein and carb intake is high but sometimes its not all lean but im trying to gain weight anyways. i was concerned about when to start taking the nolvadex. should i start it shortly after my last shot or about 2 weeks after since test e long lasting?

    Whoa....at 170 lbs and at your age, you have some time and gains to make naturally before you require the assistance of AAS.

    What is your pct like?

    1)The 50 mg/ed if Tbol for 5 weeks will not get you very much. Tbol needs to be ran for a min of six weeks, and 8 would be best at a min of 60 mg/ed.
    2) Working out in the gym and playing lacrosse everyday is too much for any bulking cycle without a well thought out diet. Its obvious that you dont have your diet too thought out so I doubt that you'll see incredible gains. With your training and age you should be taking in a minimum of 4200 kcals of "clean" food per day. That kind of diet takes a lot of planning.
    3) Youre too young. You dont need aas to gain, and you may end up hurting yourself.

    some changes i would make

    test e - weeks 1-12 500mg/ew mon/thur
    oral tbol - weeks 1-8 60mg/ed
    winny - weeks 8-12 50mg/ed
    letro - weeks 1-12 .25mg/ed (if gyno prone/water ret is a concern)

    pct(14 days after last test e shot)

    Arimidex - weeks 14-16.5mg ed

    clomid - weeks 14-16 100mg ed first week, 50mg ed last week.

    also bro please consider usage of aas for a couple more years, you can and should gain a bit more natty before juicing, you will have a better base(foundation) to work with. take this time to get diet,training,knowledge of aas in check, at 19 you are still young and in a position of easily make good gains natty.

    *i decided to provide cycle help only because the bro has made up his mind to use aas, and instead of figuring out things on his own and messing up his cycle and his health i decided to give advice*

    Youngens such as this force johnny law to push for tougher laws against AAS's and it reinforces the general public's view on AAS users.

    Chalk one up for the nay-sayers as it looks as though we have yet another statistic.
