i bought clen from ARR and i need to no how many sprays = wat?

every other day-

week 1-2 60 mcg

week 2-4 80 mcg

week 4-8 120 mcg

the bottle is 30 mL 200/mcg/mL

Start at 20mcgs, and increase 20mcgs daily until sides become untolerable. Run that dosage for the rest of the cycle.
