Hey guys i'm looking for some advice on a cycle i'm planning for the spring. I'm looking to put on about 5-10 pounds of lean mass, and significantly increase my strength. I haven't cycled for 3 years. I lifted for five years and then i got into boxing and dedicated my self soley to the sport for the past few years. I started lifting again about 8 months ago, and the boxing is becoming more of a hobby for me. I'm more concerned with increasing my strength then i am with putting on weight for my upcoming cycle. Any advice cycle/diet/workout or otherwise would be appreciated.

Previous Cycles:
1) Omnadren -Clomid for pct
2) Sus 250 % Deca -Clomid for pct
Proposed Cycle:
Equipoise: weeks 1-10 200-400 mg per week (not sure yet please advise)
Test Ethanthate: weeks 1-12 250-500 mg per week (Please advise)
Anavar: weeks 8-12 50 mg/day
nolvadex: weeks 1-12 10 mg/day (is this neccesary)?
Clomid weeks 14-16
Any help with this cycle would be helpful thanks guys.
