    Please critique!

I'm looking to shed some body fat. I am planning on taking var @ 40mg for 8 weeks along with T3 @ 80mcg for 8 weeks. What do you think of his cycle? Am I using enough var to counteract the muscle loss? Will this amount of var be mild on cholesterol? Can I run this cycle for longer than 8 weeks? Am I stupid for considering this all together? I've run t3&clen before so I’m hoping to switch it up a little bit.

    weight 200
    height 6'-0"
    15% bf
    training for 4 years

    Why Var and T3 only?

Diet and morning cardio. (before 1st meal) The T3 will be a good booster, but not a replacement for work and dedication.

I have no thoughts on the var really. I would think pleanty of clean protiens and working out as normal would prevent any drastic muscle loss.

Well, I was thinking var because I can’t really afford to get much bigger due to sports, but I need some strength gains also.

Var will give you the strength gains, but if you are only 15% bf I would leave out the t3. Var will shed the little body fat you have. It is gonna be expensive though. 40mg for you height and weight will not be effective IMO, you are looking at 80-100mg/day. Most people will tell you to stick to an 8 week cycle.

Bro,King is on with his advise...at 15% you dont need anything but good cardio placed at certain times and your nutrition to clean...even if you did the var and you didnt do the diet and cardio on the money you'd be wasting your time money.
