My question is, What days of the week should I take each? Should I take them both on the same days, spread them out on different days?

shoot them together in same syringe, twice a week
ie. Sunday & Wednesday, Monday & Thursday
whatever you want, about 3.5 days apart

You really should run the cycle longer than 10 weeks
