^^ You do realise you're asking for a comparision between 3 fat burning drugs.. and a supplement (scorch) right?

I've never found the need for chemical-induced fat burning...lower bf% has been very manageable for me with proper diet and cardio.

I therefore will not partake in the vote...

Best fat burner I know: Running 5 km/ed.

What?..are you in basic training or something?...7 miles/ed is overkill...cut that at least in half and it shouldn't be so tiresome, yet you should still get the desired fat burning effects that come along with the cardio effort.

Running 5-7miles or Km a day is overkill for your legs and knees!!

I do interval cardio where i warm up on an elliptical for 15 minutes medium pace then i up the intensity level every 2-3 minutes or so so that towards the end 30-40min max i am doing a very heavy pace almost like a squat everytime i kick the pedal out and that really keeps me fit and lean. I call that one the mountain cause i just keep increasing the level.

The second way is actual interval bursts where you do the same warmup, then sprint one minute and slow down completly one minute and keep doing that for a few rounds. It helps me in sports it helps you get explosive even when you are tired, with time to make it challenging you can keep reducing the slow time to 30 seconds, then 15 seconds. But dont do this everyday its too much stress on your heart you should do it twice a week or three times max.

    I beg to differ...

There is a big difference between 5-7 miles and 5-7 km...

I've been running 3-5k/ed since I was in high school and it's been over a decade...my bf% also rarely exceeds 10% as well.

I have found that as I've added more muscular weight, that cardio has become a bit more taxing, but due to my conditioning and excellent health, I still manage to get it in...
IMHO, cardio and diet are paramount to mainting a low bf%.

Ditto.. cardio and diet are the key factors... Plus not letting yourself get Sloppy (Over 12% BF) is a big thing also... I don't do cardio my job is my cardio... but I have never been above 12% BF in my whole life so my needs are different then someone with say 18/20% BF

Shin splints...ahhhh, I remember the days...these come from lack of conditioning...as your body gets used to running on a regular basis, you will find that the shin splints will become less of a factor and will actually no longer be noticed...but it requires focus and dedication to maintain a cardio plan that involves such amount of running that shin splints are no longer a factor...the last time I experienced the agony of shin splints was back in high school...I vividly remember them days..oh the agony, what a bitch the splints are, but if you stick with the plan, they will be a thing of the past, trust me.

I'm running clen now, sides are not too bad, little shaky and jittery, and some insomnia but other than that I feel fine. Just started yesterday, hope it will work for me.

DNP is risky, but as long as strict guidelines are followed, it can be used safely. start slow, drink a crapload of water, etc.

I am still waiting for a good winter to kick in and I am hittin' the DNP baby! Woot!

    Lemme see.

I've been doing this for 9 years (7 competing)... so i gotta back track.

In my earlier contest preps: High-intensity training; diet (no cardio); ECA (ripped fuel 2) in the latter stages of prep.

For my later preps: High-intensity high volume training; diet (no cardio); posing; ECAY (ripped fuel + yohimbe)

For two preps (in one year...a while back) i used clen + diet (no cardio) + HIT volume training... and then never again.

I used t3 (21 days: 25 mcgs) + insulin in one prep... + diet + cardio + green tea extract (thermogenic support) + HIT volume training... dropped 40 lbs of fat

    I used t4 (duration) + t3 + slin (4 weeks) + igf-1 (10 days) + cardio + diet + HIT volume training...in my last contest prep. Lost 40 lbs of fat

As you'll see... diet + training is the only common factor.

No steroids in the mix either.

Diet and training are the only 'true' and essential fat burning compounds... even to a greater degree than cardio.

    Nark

i care to disagree... only thing that helps with my splints is dropping to around 240 lbs.. at current weight of 265 it takes 2 runs and thats it.. have to do my cardio with machines... at 240 the problem was managable..

That is nice to hear, so you would just recommend using a good clean low carb diet with high intensity training? No ECA or other stuff? Do you not loose alot of muscles when you cut without roids?
