    First cycle

    ok, so here is the low down.

    Age 19 (almost 20)

    weight 213 @5'10" 16%bf currently bulking.....

    I'm going start a cycle in January lookin like this.

    Test Cyp weeks 1-11 800mgs/wk
    Deca-Durabolin weeks 1-10 400mgs/wk
    Dianabol wks 1-4 35mg/day
    Nolvadex wks 1-10 10-20mg/day weeks 10-16 20 mgs/day
    Vitamin B6 wks1-16 200mg/day
    Clomid therapy weeks 14-16


    Have been training for about 3 years now making very solid progress, things are slowing down now, even at 5000cals a day (pretty clean too, well as clean as 5k/day can be )

    I'm looking to pretty much be flat out bulking for the first 6 weeks, and slowly trasition to a recomp/cut for the summer....

    Now is there any advice that people can give for a first time user.

    I understand the doses are large, but if i'm gonna do it i'm gonna slam my virgin receptors hard and get the most out of this. I'm hoping to gain about 10lbs of quality tissue + water, fat etc....and lean out while maintaining.

    I have a vacation booked on the 25th of may (relatives wedding) so I want to have my normal test levels back to where they before I head to a place with no sources etc.... So is there anything I am missing?

    Welcome to AR

    19-20 is still a bit young to be doing AAS

    even at that, your doses are a bit high and too many compounds for your first cycle

    ok, what is your experience.

    800mgs/ test is a little high for a first cycle. once you start out that high, you need to keep it high. No sense in doing 800 when you can get great results from 500

    I meant overall gym experience, as in hoping those pictures would elucidate to training experience unlike alot of people I see on sauce with no base.

    Hmm, so can you elaborate on what you mean by keep my test that high, do you mean for the duration of the cycle? Or after too....furthermore do you think i'm entering the land of diminishing returns?

    well if you start your first cycle of test at 800 then you will need to do that much for any other cycles you do. whereas if you get great gains off 500, then you learn what your body will do off that and can judge wether you need to up the dose for future cycles.

    Also runniing 3 compounds for your first cycle will really not allow you to learn what each one is doing to you wether good or bad sides etc....

    So, first cycles are best kept to ONE compound, preferably a single ester TEST since test will most likely be used in future cycles.
    I would go :

    weeks 1-12 Test Cyp at 500mgs/week

    PCT starts 14 days after last test shot

    at 16% your currently bulking....

    Then in january your doing a bulk cycle.. I would suggest you need to work on your diet.

    Your arms are big but your wearing a tank top cant see much of anything else.

    So i'm assuming 3 weeks clomid therapy, and would you take nolva throughout, or just have on hand for emergencies?

    Secondly you would'nt even add an oral for 4weeks (dbol) as a kick start? With the short 4 weeks i'm sure you would see your body reacting...or am I wrong here?

    And lastly, why does Anthony Roberts recommend a novice cycle of test/deca/dbol then?

    I'll get some new pics, arms are actually a bit of a weak point (IMO)....that and my chest, back is thick, delts are good, and legs don't need much attention or else they get a bit too big.

    I just noticed... bro your eating 5000cals at 16% and your bulking.. I seriously think you need to look at your diet. You will be 20% in no time with this approach...

    Also you need to train LEGS!

    Haha, I train legs twice a week, although it is broken down into hip extension dominant and quad dominant.

    I'm shooting for 5000cals a day, prolly getting 4500 on average. But i've been doing this for the last month and a bit with negligible change in body fat, just about 3 lbs of weight gained.

    Novice means someone who has less than 4-5 cycles under their belt. It is still recomended to use just ONE compound for your FIRST cycle

    I see, thanks for the info.. Maybe somebody can share some light on something else I was wondering about B12 shots....has anyone noticed a difference with B12 in any regard?

    Bro,B12 shots are wortheless IMO...Keep training and keep taking in good nutrition...19 yrs of age your natty test levels are high where you can make good gains without AAS...No one is saying DONT use them ...but wait and make good gains naturally first.

    I agree with the above except for the B12 remark, at 19yrs you dont need AAS you need food and loads of it and many years in the gym building a solid base to work from

    B-12 is a crapshoot. Some people notice effects of it some don't. I really didn't , but as you can see Marcus likes it , so its a trial and error deal with that.

    But As stated, you really should wait a few more years before using AAs and get your diet and training to the highest level. We can help you there if you have the patience to read the threads 11
