ok, so here is the low down.
Age 19 (almost 20)
weight 213 @5'10" 16%bf currently bulking.....
I'm going start a cycle in January lookin like this.
Test Cyp weeks 1-11 800mgs/wk
Deca-Durabolin weeks 1-10 400mgs/wk
Dianabol wks 1-4 35mg/day
Nolvadex wks 1-10 10-20mg/day weeks 10-16 20 mgs/day
Vitamin B6 wks1-16 200mg/day
Clomid therapy weeks 14-16
Have been training for about 3 years now making very solid progress, things are slowing down now, even at 5000cals a day (pretty clean too, well as clean as 5k/day can be)
I'm looking to pretty much be flat out bulking for the first 6 weeks, and slowly trasition to a recomp/cut for the summer....
Now is there any advice that people can give for a first time user.
I understand the doses are large, but if i'm gonna do it i'm gonna slam my virgin receptors hard and get the most out of this. I'm hoping to gain about 10lbs of quality tissue + water, fat etc....and lean out while maintaining.
I have a vacation booked on the 25th of may (relatives wedding) so I want to have my normal test levels back to where they before I head to a place with no sources etc.... So is there anything I am missing?
