Question for a friend?
My friends stats-
5'10
170 lbs
18 yrs old.
Hes a amatuer body builder.
He wants to gain weight and mass.
He wants to know if 400mg of testoserone, with 350mg equipoise a week for 10 weeks and takin dbol for the 1st 4 weeks, at 30mg a day is for him? or not?
p.s.- he would've posted himself, but he doesn't have a cpu.

At 18 years old, 5'10" and ONLY 170, you friend does NOT need steroids , he needs more FOOD and heavy training.
At 18 his/your natural hormone level is at a HIGH. IF his/your diet is right for bulking, he can easily put on 20lbs of quality muscle before ever having to use AAS
Your diet has to be even more accurate when on a cycle of AAS
Please research some more and read this!!

I'm totally different from him.. he needs to gain weight and i need to lose it.
My stats-
6'5
260 lbs
everything i try doesn't work... but i know roids isn't the answer for me. I tred Xyience and it seemed to work, but its like cardio doesn't do it either.

amature bodybuilder, then he should know how to diet and should have many ideas on how to put on more size and lean muscle.
at 18, he isnt even near his max potential. tell him to wait a couple years, he'll be happy later on.

good to know u know roids arent for you. too many ppl depend on them for fatburning alone, when this can be accomplished with proper diet and cardio.
i know the cardio doesnt seem to be doing much, but it takes time, a six pack wasnt built overnight. it took me 3 yrs to burn off my buddah belly.
try cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, works great.

all i have is an exercise bike. I do use the bowflex, but i seem to be building muscle under fat which makes me look bigger.
