sup yall i am plannin my next growth spurt an i would like your opinoin. i want to bulk up but maybe lose a bit of fat too. i know it 90% diet but i want my shit to help. so i am 180 at about 13%bf an i want to go to about 195 -200 i was 190 when i got deployed but i lost a bit of fat in this heat an extra gear(protective gear). so this is what i was thinkin of ;
12-14wks of test e an eq with dbol kicker
500mgs test/wk
700mgs eq/wk
50 mgs dbol/day for the first 21 days![]()
or
8-10wks of test p , tren p, masteron
100mgs of each /eod
keep in mind i have never done tren , so i am courious. but i dont want to blow up to fast you know (abombs fast). i like the mood dbol puts you in aswell, i just want to grow solid with quality mass. i will do both eventually i just want to know what you think i should do first. thanx for the help bros
