    Easy Question=easy Answer

    ALright got my sust 250 in, and i bumped it up to just 500ml a week...now thats twice a week injections, so what days would be best to inject.
    Example:
    Monday and Friday
    Monday and Wed.

    monday morning (x:00 am) - thursday night (x:00 pm)

    the idea is to be exactly 3.5days apart from each other.

    Because sust has prop. you should run it eod but if your only gonna run it 500 mG a week , every 3 and a half days

    100ml a day would give you boobs like pam anderson...

    you could always try and inject .3ml every day giving u 2.1ml a week.
