First Timer In Need Of Help/assistance
Hey Everyone,
I'm a football player and my team just ended our season. I'm next in line to start at defensive tackle, but i'm small compared to the rest on the league's linemen. My lower body is sufficient while my upper body lacks bulk. I am just trying to bulk up this offseason. I will be a first timer and i would appreciate any help with how i should get started and others things like if my team's lifting and speed program are really the best or any suggestions on how to diet so i can lose some BF. I've read up, but i'm still very unsure of how to start. If anyone can help me i would deeply appreciate it. Thank you

You're going to have to post some stats before anyone knowledgeable is going to approach you with some advice.
Stats?

stats and info
18 5'8 215lbs
My team works out monday, wednesday friday but i plane on doing more if possible. The workout's basis is around squatting, benching, and powercleaning. High reps starting monday and high weight on friday, wednesday is different with front squat and incline bench. Every woorkout day is then accompanied by working hamstrings, biceps, triceps, lats, calves, and abs using machines in which 1 set to 11 reps or exhaustion. I dont know if this is best but my coach claims it to be the best. I have been doing this program since freshman year and i have gotten stronger, but not to where i want it. let me know if you need anymore info on me

As many others will agree...you are too young to need the use of AAS at this time...with proper diet and training, you will grow and cut bf%.
Your natty test levels should be at their peak right now and to introduce AAS to your body at your age will likely do more harm than good. Believe it.

Any suggestions as to a certain diet and/or training? I have never dieted before so i dont really know much and haven't experimented with other workouts.
