For a appetite increaser which is better liquid B-12 or B-12 pills?

I have read that injectable works the best because of its absorption rate compared to taking oral b-12.

With all vitamins and minerals liquid is better absorbed than pills and easier on your kidneys and digestive system.
But the fact remains that orally your body can only take so much B12 before excreting the rest in the form of extremly bright urine!
So injectible you force your body to take the amount you put in and even the extra is stored by your body and can replenish itself from your body whenever you need it.

i used to inject 3000mcg e3d and it worked great, but a week ago i bought orals of 500mcg/pill and i started taking 3 a day then up to 6 pills and i still dont have an increase in appetite nor feeling any advantages from the pills

i read an article that said that orals are adsorbed @ ~1% where as injects are adsorbed close to 100%
and yes 1000mcg is a standard dose ill see if i can find the article
