What type of Benadryl you guys use for running clen, and also what is the max time you guys would run clen? Thanks. I'm not doing 2 week on 2 week off I want to go as long as I can while keeping it safe.

I used just the pills, 50mgs at night. I wouldn't go past an 8 weeks straight but that is just me

The kind that has Diphenhydramine as it's active ingredient......

You do not have to use benadryl there are sevral over the counter sleep aids that have the same active ingredient that will work just the same.....

Nope, it's used to upgrade (refresh) the receptors. Clen when used for peroids of over 2 weeks straight downgrades the receptors, and rather than stopping and waiting 2 weeks for them to come back naturally people are using benadryl every 3rd week.

It's worth a shot. Didn't work well for me. I was using 100mgs of benadryl, and still had problems.

I'm sticking with the 2 on 2 off.

I don't think so. I would just stick to benadryl.

thanks bro's much appreciated, I'd like to get away from clen soon enough and use t3, I'll let you guys know how Benadryl works but as of right now i'm three weeks strong and i've been using a steady 100mcg of CLen and it is working still i'm pretty pleased about that.
