Help needed with Clen Cycle 50mcg capsules

24 years old
5’11
197 lbs
33’’ Waist
17’’ Arms
My Goal is to be Lean like Ryan Reynolds in Blade 3
I know that a lot of it has to do with genetics Because I just cant seam to get rid of the fat on my chest and belly
I have been Training for about 2 years and 4 years on/off
This will be my second cycle first one was Winny Tab got minor got results
Now looking just to get cut I don’t want to get big
Diet
Friend gave me this in the summer time but didn’t see much results but he did and don’t know if he was tacking ECA or Clen but he looked amazing in little more than 1 month
Meal 1
4 egg White
2 yolk eggs
2 scoops whey protein
Meal 2
Can of tuna in water
Lunch
200 - 250 grams of Chicken
Salad
Baked potato or sweet potatoes
Gym at 4:30
Shake before gym
2 scoops whey protein
Shake after Gym
2 scoops whey protein
2 spoons of Dextrose
Supper
200 grams of chicken
Steam veggies
Sweet potatoes
Or bit of rice
Workout
That I’m planning on doing is gonna be from the Abs diet book
I have been doing it for about 2 moths but my diet wasn't perfect and I think that i reach a plato and can seam to go under or show muscle around the front area

Leg Curl 10–12 30 seconds 2
I have read the Clen Faq by perfectbeast2001
Problem is that they are 50 mcg capsules and I can’t really take
Day 1 60mcg
Day 2 60mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4 80mcg
Day 5 80mcg
Day 6 80mcg
Day 7 100mcg
Day 8 100mcg
Day 9 100mcg
Day 10 120mcg
Day 11 120mcg
The guy I got them from told me to take 3 a day 2weeks on 2weeks off
But that’s 150mcg a day

you could always start with 50mg
then split a pill and go with 75mg
then go with a 100
A lot of bros here advocate 2wks on and 2wks off

I would split the pills if possible. If not get a refund and order some clen liquid from AR.

They aren't pills, sounds like they are caps.
150 is TOO much to start with!!
Just do the 50 for the first few days and then do 100, but keep a CLOSE eye on your body temp and side effects. You can try the 150, but be real careful that is a big jump. I personally never go over 120 in a day but everyone is different. take during the day but not too late in the day as it will keep you up at night

what do you guys think about him getting liquid clen anyway and mixing the two? he could then take one of his pills and then substitute his doses he can't get with the caps with the liquid.

Will try to split them
Will check my Temp for a week 1 time in the morning and during the day before starting
then will check it when on Clen
What do u guy think about the diet and the workout
