Sleepy/lethargic all day
Hey guys, new to posting on here but not to reading...I just have a question for some of you more experienced bros. I am running Test Cyp 500mg/wk and EQ 600mg/wk for 14 wks, I'm in week 7....anyways, I am sleeping 12 hours a night of solid sleep(not waking up, etc) and when I do get up I feel very lethargic throughout the day. I have read some other posts on here about possibly due to high RBC counts? I'm taking a multivitamin and some aspirin to try to thin out my blood, nothing seems to help? Has this happened to anyone here before, if so, how did you fix it? Wondering if I should step down to 400mg on the EQ(heard it is good at increasing RBC's..) Any Suggestions guys? Thanks in advance

you need to go give blood which will reduce RBC. You should really go get bloodwork too so you can see if it is high RBC. Do not leave this as high RBC can be extremely dangerous and on occasions has been fatal.

Any of these will help, but please don't take them together:
- ECA
- L-Tyrosine
- Synephrine
- B12 / you can also mix some Brewer's Yeast (natural B12) into your shakes.

I'm getting readuy to start my t-bol, test,EQ cycle. I'm a little concerned about my elevated RBC as well. On a previous cycle with t-bol and test, I noticed the larthegy. My concern is adding EQ to the mix, which is notorious for increased RBC.
Magic how effective are these supplements in reducing the high count?

Completely ineffective, they merely counteract lethargy by stimulating the CNS.
An increase in RBCs is inherent to aas, though some are more adept at this than others, it's one the things they were designed to do for burn and accident victims. Proper dosing and cycling protocol will effectively negate any long-term complications in this area.

My first thought was that you might be suffering from Sleep Apnea, due to a sudden increase in body mass, but your stats don't seem to make you a likely candidate for that. Many of my friends who are big, BIG powerlifters or Rugby players have sleeping problems with their breathing; waking up every few minutes because of constrictions caused by their own body weight.

I have given myself plenty of IV, but I can't say I have ever bled myself out a little to lower the RBC. Well, not intentionally.

If you are set up correctly you can not overdraw your own blood. Well, tragic bizarre sequences of failures can always happen, but you can do so with reasonable safety IMHO.

I dropped my bol to 20mg ED and lowered my arimidex to .25mg and I feel fine now, I felt like shit a efw days ago.
Hope it doesnt come back but ya never know.
Hope it helps. You haev to either get bloodwork done or do things one at a time to see what helps.
water retention
estrogen too low/high
RBC count
could be a few things

your not on enough shit to leave you that lethargic. My guess is because you know your on cycle your eating like a horse to grow, and possibly overeating which causes oversleeping. Drop the calories and see what happens, stop eating a few hours before bed time too. What are your daily activities? Are you sitting around, active, etc? Sitting around too much can do it too

Hey guys thanks for all the ideas...I took your advice PerfectBeast and donated a pint of blood and am feeling much more lively afterwards. I also cut back my eating, I was at about 6,000 cal/day probably did about 3,000 cal today. Anyways I do feel better and will continue to monitor myself....as for water retention I have very little, could be the high/low estrogen though (had night sweats before). Only thin I regret is giving away the AAS in my blood By the way I did get asked if "ever used injectable drugs or shared a needle" when I donated, it's all on computer so just click no. Who would re-use or share a needle seriously?. I wouldn't ever re-use my own even. asking for trouble IMO. Anyways just wanted to follow-up guys thx
