follow up on esters

this article was posted recently im wondering if it is all about free test flowing in the blood stream and the only difference between esters is the adsorption rate in to the blood stream. why does deca shut you down and cause sexual dysfunction where as test e shuts you down to the same extent how ever doesnt cause this?

also ive read only one shot of deca shuts you down completely and test e takes a bit of time.....is this true? if so why?
