help with new deca cycle
hey, this is my second cycle. first cycle was deca , sust. and dbol and had awesome results. i was planning on running a similiar cycle again soon, but i was wondering what other tests you guys have run with deca and what kind of results you had. i just wasnt sure if sust was my best choice. i was also thinking of jump starting my cycle with winstrol or anadrol . any input guys? thanks..

at that time i was 5'8 165 lbs. not sure on bf% but i would guess no more than 10%.. and age 21.

i stopped my first cycle at about 6 weeks when i had a motorcycle wreck. at the time i was weighing 185lbs and gained no bf. strength gains went up rapidly.

ok lil info for setting up a good post to get ample feedbak.
give all ur current stats
give ur past cycle history aka DOSAGES, duration and pct protocol's
anyways you werent redy to be honest w/ ya diet dictates all gains/losses and acquisition of goals.

190 natty? what kind of things could i have done to acheive that? i worked out daily for a total of about 3 hours, and ate very well.. lots of grilled chicken, veggies, tilapia, hamburger helper anyways, i would liked to have been able to hit that weight naturally, i just didnt see anything happening besides keeping myself in the shape i was already in.. thanks for everything so far guys, keep it coming

layout your food for a typical day. Calories etc..guarantee you are NOT eating as well or as much as you think
If you are not eating at least 6-8 meals a day with the correct amount of Protein , Good Carbs, and yes FAT, then you will not grow like you could if you do it correctly!!!

over working? i did cardio for about an hour and a half.. but this is why you guys have people on here that get into trouble.. you would rather criticize them than help them. the whole point of getting on this site and asking questions is to get help and to learn. im not taking anything right now and as you said i need to learn more before i do. so how is that possible if you wont help? and how do you know my diet is not in line? do i look fat?

we aren't criticizing you that badly....are we. you can take it, its tough love.....lolol
1.5 hours of cardio is way too much. you body will be eating your muscles for fuel after 60 min !!! so any more in one session is not good
when do you do your cardio, before or after weights?
I know your diet is NOT in line because you are ONLY 165, therefore you are NOT growing like you could be at your age naturally IF you were consuming the proper amounts of nutrients.

i usually eat yogurt for breakfast before i head to work. for lunch and dinner its usually grilled tilapia, sometimes salmon, grilled chicken of somesort or steak. always lots of veggies in the mix and either baked or mashed potatoes. as far as hoiw much im eating..i dont really know how to explain it other than i eat alot of it and sometimes i have a couple dinners of it. lol. i eat the whole box af hamburger helper when i make it and i also incorporate about 3 protein shakes a day. as far as pct went, i ran clomid at 50mg/day and nolva at 25mg/day 2 weeks. next time around i was thinking of running hcg and letro.

before. i always run a few miles at home and then head to the gym for cardio and weights. i do cardio about 3-4 times a week. so i usually lift at the most for about an hour or so. i spend about 40 mins doind cardio at the gym when i do it. so only the days i do cardio am i at the gym for almost 3 hours.

Your diet sucks !! sorry to hurt your feelings.
Here is an example of my daily food intake for growing
Meal 1 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs (scrambled)
8 oz of Oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2 12-16 oz chicken breast
Large baked potato or sweet potato
Meal 3 12-16 oz lean steak
Large baked potato
Meal 4 2 cans Albacore Tuna
16 oz brown rice
Meal 5 8 oz chicken breast
8 oz brown rice
Meal 6 1 can Tuna
1 meal shake
This varies sometimes depending on cutting or bulking but that is a basic day EVERYDAY
EVERY 2.5 hours you need to be eating !!
anything less and you are NOT gonna get big!!

Its always better to do them separately, like cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then later in the day do the weights, BUT if you have to do them together ALWAYS do the weights first and cardio after

thats all pretty much what i do! i keep alot of hardboiled eggs in the fridge and i eat them constantly. i eat lots of rice and tuna as well, just not daily. as far as goals go, id like to keep my fat percentage and just gain some size and strength. the cycle i did before was doing just that, so i was very happy with it. im just curious if i could run winstrol or a50 instead of dbol for about 6 weeks and if it would benefit me anymore to use a different test instead of a test blend like sust..

no i can do them anytime. i just never knew it made a difference. i usally run, then go to the gym and lift, then finish up with 20 mins or so on the bike and 20 on the elyptical

Personally I hate SUST ! no need to have 4 different esters floating in my body unless i am doing HRT.
I would go with a long ester like Test E or Test Cyp and run it for 12 weeks at 500mgs/week
you can add the winny form weeks 9-14 at the end to harden up your gains and dry you out.
I would however suggest you wait on doing any more cycles until you get the basics down better.
There are great forums here that can help get your diet and training in line so you are not burning up your muscles

It definitely makes a difference. too hard to try to explain in here as I am tired of typing right now, but it has to do with the different sugars burned during anaerobic VS aerobic exercise. So better to have the intensity on the weights then finish up with cardio so that you are not already drained AFTER cardio and your weights drop down due to lack of energy
