Be a nice guy and help a skinny guy...
I am 24 years old, 5'11" and was 125lbs three months ago. I started to use whey protein powder from GNC and lifting dumbells in my apartment. Then, last month I started going to the gym, and I am now at 145lbs. I just started taking dbol steroids and I have a few questions...
1. Should I workout everyday since I'm on steroids?
2. How many days a week should I workout?
3. What are some quick meals I can get from the grocery store so I can eat 5 meals a day?
4. How many hours sleep should I be getting?

Man have you made a big mistake, at your weight and level of workout experience, dbol IS THE LAST THING you should be doing. You can get a shit load more weight on by just eating properly and having a good workout routine.

I dont know how old you guys are, if your body builders or just trying to keep healthy, but you would be surprised how many young people take steriods noadays not knowing anything about them and not even working out for more than 2- 3 months. Especially skinny ppl

start here

follow that diet for a year, at 125lbs you'll be able to put on probably 25 lbs in a year naturally, you're currently massively underweight...you're starving yourself or just eating shit which is just as bad.
and throw away the dbols

Actually there are alot of small guys out there that are probably doing the exact same thing...jumping in the deep end and not knowing how to swim! We're always going to have a buck-fifty kid who's going to ignore the "grow more naturally" or "research more" and shoot themselves in the foot at the starting line!

Get off the cycle and start eating. Holy shit you havent even benn lifting for a year and your already using. You gain more natty your first 2 years of lifting. Take advantage of that and you will be ok

1) I hope this is a joke.
2) If not a joke, then you need to build up a better base before you can start aas.
1 month of working out is nothing. Get your ass into the gym, and train naturally for afew years. Follow a proper diet, and build up a proper base.

Everyone always says "build a better base" but how come no one ever substantiates it with a little fact or two? If you are fat, I understand that. I have never been really skinny like that, so I honestly don't know what the bad sides are for skinny people. Never had a need to learn. But I have seen a lot of buck-fifties run a cycle and get to 170-180 and keep it and never touch it again and never need to. It was just like they jumped up to what they would have accomplished natty, except in 10 weeks instead of 10 months.

And if you would rather PM me the HONEST answer, feel free. But I have never seen anything negative from skinny people taking roids, but I have seen fat people have huge estogen issues and have nice gains. .just covered in pur lard.

I think the primary reason most will advocate against a "skinny" framed individual from using AAS is because in general, the use of AAS should only be used as a "tool" to help an individual break the threshold of his natty limits.
There are safer and more conventional methods for a "skinny" individual to put on weight without the need for AAS use...
Again, I stress that AAS should only be used as a "tool", not a crutch, for someone who doesn't take the initiative to maintain the diet and intense training necessary to push themselves to their natty limits...then, and only then should AAS come into play as a "tool" to break that threshold.

another reason for bros to train naturally for a couple years and build a solid foundation before usage of aas is that it will lessen the chance of severe injury.
if a bro who just started lifting decided to juice, i believe the chance for injuries would be greater, because of the fact that a rapid weight gain will be accompanied by aas usage and also a rapid increase of the amount of weights he lifts. An since his body (tendons, joints, muscles) arent used to any of this, there would be a greater risk for injury, as there will be more stress on his body than usual.

Thanks Gho5t and shrpkn, You guys always give good answers. I never thought about it from an injury perspective. That makes the most sense.

In addition to tendon/joint injury issues, there are frame issues as well. This particularly applies to the young and very young considering AAS - in the long run natural lifting, particularly old school core "iron game" lifting builds up your frame in a way that AAS, pretty much just inducing muscular hypertrophy, can not.
Also, most guys who are looking for the quick fix - who have not demonstrated the ability to put in years of hard work - tend to lack the discipline to keep whatever they gain. In many cases this means that in 6-10 months they will go from skinny guy to somewhat bigger somewhat muscular guy to tub of lard with no muscle. If you do not maintain your mass it will tend to go to goo unless you implement a plan to cut LBM safely and effectively.

Its funny how people just go and take steroids without knowing anything about them and very little knowledge about working out...

Yes and thats what give steroids a bad name when the media finds out when some1 takes them with no knowledge at all and ends up nearly dieing or on lifes support, you get stuff like "small penis" being made up by the media.
