Need Advice
Ok background info, I'm 19, been obsessively working out since I was 14, I'm 5"9 205lbs and around 14 - 15% body fat.
My goal is to be 210lbs and 8% bodyfat, I have in the past taken 2 cycles, which were small for even beginner cycles, first one was Test Cyp and I did 8 weeks of just that with PCT, second of just EQ and I did that again for only 8 weeks.
The cycle I've been advised to do by a few people is a 15 week enanthate cycle kicked off with d-bol for the first 5 weeks, 500mg enanthate a week and 20mg a day of the d-bol for the 5 weeks I'd be on it.
so the advice I need is should I do this cycle? if not what should I do?
Also just thought I'd throw in a pic for come critical analysis...this was me when I toned down to about 190lbs

id do 12 weeks test 50mg dbol for 6 weeks. nice phsyique by the way.

why 12 week instead of 15? 15 just redundant? and thx but I'm not done with the physique it'll be god like when I'm done =D

12 is jus kinda rule of thumb. u could do 15 but alot of members say gains slow/stop after 10-12 weeks. it wouldnt hurt u to go to 15. but i would run the dbol at no less than 40mg but thats me.

yeah well I'd be getting 100 tabs 20mgs each so that would use up the bottle a little better anyways...I got a guy who knows quite a bit that I'm good buddies with I just kinda want some second opinions, alright thx man

Well, after two cycles, if you were going to cause any damage I would say its likely done. At least you were smart enough to do PCT.

ok then. . .
1-12 Test Prop 75mg ED
5-12 Anavar 60-80mg ED
1-12 Arimidex .25mg ED
500 IU HCG every 5 days (keep the boys from shrinking so bad)
14-17 PCT
Good stregth gains, minimal to zero bloat. And your gains will be solid. Since you are only looking to gain 5 lbs. You will likely add 10-15 though, but it will be lean keepable gains.

i dont think u need hcg with that cycle. descent lean cycle tho. might be kinda $$ with that much var if u dont have a cheap way of getting it. if not u could go with winni even. but test/dbol u'll have a LESS likely time getting leaner on it although it can be done. maybe try test/dbol winni at the end....? might be descent for ya. im jus finishin up that cycle i would be leaner yet but my diet has gone to shit the past two weeks

prop 75mg/ed
winni 50mg/ed
IMO this fits in better considering your goals, and also it would be in your best interest to get your diet spot on (as far as cutting goes) as this will be the determining factor how much BF you loose and also cardio/training. And duration of cycle IMO anywhere from 8-10 weeks would suffice.

by the way I think ur way less thab 14-15 % bf. I'd go with about 7-8. my boy is 6 and I was 11 in college when I wrestled and I was preety close to that but ur arms look a tad more cut and obliques look a lil bit more defined. to put it in perspective chuck lidell fights at 16 (at least his last fight) and u look way diff han chuck lidell.
