I''ve got a couple of bulking cycles under my belt. Used sust and d-bol, and have even used s-drol a couple of times. I'm planning on doing a cutting cycle soon, and would like some suggestions.
I'm 28 years old. 5'8 210 lbs. I'm estimating my bodyfat at roughly 18%
My goal is not only to lose fat, but to hold onto as much muscle as i can while doing it. I plan on doing a.m. cardio, and eating around 2500 cals a day.
What compounds do you recomend for sparing muscle while eating at a deficit, and doing daily cardio? Not interested in clen or eca.
Also, is it possible to still gain muscle using aas while restricting calories, and doing lots of cardio?
