Supplement while on

Sorry but Im not spamming. Ive been following this board for a couple months.

Ive been a member at BB for a long time if you want to look me up. I just noticed this board seems to have more members and it iseems to be a little more helpful.

Look at the ingredients..

Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg
NAC 1200 mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
Saw Palmetto 300 mg
Policosonol 20 mg
Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
Nettle Root 250 mg
Idebenone 100 mg

...and google the effective range of each.


It could plausibly be a good organ support supp. while 'on'.. provided your cycle was a moderate one.

I'd probably add niacin to the mix as well...supplementing with it additionally.

Sorry, I didnt mean to upset anyone. I think Im going to give it a try, Im starting a testE and anavar cycle on Jan. 7th. Ill let everyone know how my bloodwork looks.
