WOW Newbie here.. and very lost

Ok,, here we go,, I have been reading this forum for a few days and many other sites and wow.. I am more lost now than ever. I am 6' 210 lbs. have worked out from time to time... used suppliments form gnc etc. and followed the body for life program,, eatting right etc. well I seen a decent difference in my body.. but not big gains... then had bad problems and had to take a long break... well my question is,, what is the best AAS for a newbie... I am totally lost and don't want to pay 2 arms and a leg to get big.. and only looking to do AAS for maybe a year and still continue to work out,, looking for the quick gains with not must loss when I quit AAS... and not really into shooting up either unless thats the best way.. please help me if you have a decent idea for me and what can I expect from your idea's.. thank you so much. BTW this is a great site,, just so many things to read...lol

    Welcome to AR....

WOW...Are you sure you were reading this forum??

The key to getting big is diet plain and simple the body for life ,mens health crap simply wont achive the goals you want.

You want to do aas for a year? ( you seriously need to diet for year, and even with that being said jucing for a year is not smart )

ALso you want to get big fast.. there is no such thing! people have been training for years to achive what they have. I think you need read and re-evalute what you are trying to do.

The best advice is lift and eat and repeat..

listen...research ALOT before you decide on your cycle, make sure you have your diet and routine in check first... that is the most important...you will have to work even harder while on aas...its not an easy way out

    agreed.

i apologise if we seem blunt, but i am sure i speak for everyone here when i say that we are only looking out for your health, and ensuring that you won't waste your time and money on steroids when there are so many other contibuting factors that you haven't grasped yet.
