    First Cycle: Test E & Dbol

    I'm currently in my 3rd wk regiment on a 10wk cycle of test E and Dbol . My current goal is bulking. I hope I could put on more 20Ibs from this cycle. Im currently weighing 206Ibs. Please feel free to criticize or advise my cycle as you see fit.

    Wk1 thru wk2.....250mg test E (Mon).....250mg test E (Thur)....20mg dbol/ed

    Wk3 thru wk4........500mg test E (every mondays)..........50mg dbol/ed

    wk5 thru wk 10......500mg test E (every mondays)

    I do have 36 tablets of 50mg clomid on hand for PCT which I hope to take them between wk12 thru wk15.

    My present backup workout supplements includes creatine, glutiamine, and glucosamine.

    I don't rely much on shake protein but my diet is pretty much constitute of redmeat, turkeys, chicken, veggies, bread, potatoes, rice, eggs, milk,oatmeal, fruits and salads.

    I'm trying to workout only on MWF but there are weeks that found myself constantly working out daily (I figure that's the only way to get rid of the soreness).

    My major target areas during workout are hamstring/thighs that means I don't miss squats and leg press in my workout. My chest and tri-biceps are pretty much in shape --I just feel like avoiding Y-shape by working out my legs to medium size.

    Hey..let me know what do you think???

    you got some more stats like age height,training exp?cycle exp?

    I would work out more than 3 days a week if I were you. And why are you combining doing 500mg in one shot in the later weeks? You should stick to splitting them up.

    would have to agree. maybe do a 500mg shot for your first jab, than 1 week later do 259mg every 3.5 days.

    4-5 days of working out would suit you better as when you are juicing, you can recover quicker. i stick to 3 days when off cycle

    BTW, what's your stats, what was your first cycle like, how many have done so far????
    lol too many cycles to mention,my stats are normally around the 225-235 mark at height of 5'11,due to some personal probs ive dropped a tonne of weight to wich im rectifying that at the moment.........
    as for your cycle...............
    500mg test weekly for 12 weeks,split it into 2 jabs of 250........
    start your post cycle therapy if clomid is incorporated 14 days after the last jab of test...............

    what a swift response, but anyway the reason I prefer a weekly injection rather than 2 injections a week is that I hate syringes (it brings bad memories back) plus I don't want to poke my ass many times a week... hey you look scrawny in that avator of yours...No I mean bony...just kidding

    accountant....who are you to come to this board asking for help, then when people try to help you, you question their stats and then comment on their pictures etc....especially a respected member like booz

    take the attitude and your "extensive knowledge" of aas that came from your "deep seclusive research deliberation in sport medicine and science of AAS" elsewhere
